This tranquil and characterful 17th century house was the first built by
Thomas Telford under the guidance of a master mason, when he was a bare-
footed teenager with such a good nature he was known as Laughing Tam.

Rennaldburn is by a waterfall running through a magical wooded ravine,
and overlooks an ancient stone circle on the White Esk river.
It's a couple of miles South of Samye Ling Tibetan
Buddhist Centre in Eskdalemuir, Dumfries & Galloway.
